Cole was awesome. Prompt service, available at a time that worked for us, and incredibly thorough. Provided excellent peace of mind in the home we were purchasing. Have already referred to friends and if I ever buy another house in Northern Utah we will absolutely use Cole again.
He was very thorough and and extremely knowledgeable. He ended up pointing out some piping that needed to be fixed before we purchased the house and we got the home owner to cover the cost, he saves us over $10k. (He was able to remain calm and confident as he told the current owner of the house the risks of the piping and how it needed to be fixed.) We could not say enough good things about Cole and would recommend his service to anyone!
They were prompt getting to the property for the inspection and the report was very thorough. You won’t be disappointed.
