I am a real estate broker and have been working with and recommending Fred to my clients for over 10 years. He is very thorough in his inspections and takes the time to explain things to me and my clients. He also takes the time to show them where shut off valves are and to tell them more about home maintenance items that they should do to keep their home running well. He also has a drone to take pictures and inspect roofs that have too high a pitch to safely go on top of, which some inspectors would just say they are not going on.
Fred inspected a home we were interested in buying. He did a great job, pointing out many items that we would have not found on our own. He came on our schedule and delivered the report quickly His pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use Fred again in our next purchase.
