Home Inspector in San Diego- 360 Home Inspection

Hired 360 and Mark for a day of appointment, with only 3 hours notice. Mark came to the property for an inspection and got going right away. Very professional and responsive to me and my clients. Their reports were turned around extremely fast.

Mark is the best! He totally saved the day. We had an appointment scheduled with an inspector this morning and they never showed up. Mixed up dates in their system. We had a short window of time to perform the inspection due to shortened contingency time frames and both my agent and I had traveled a good distance to the unit (and of course taken time off of work to be there). So rather than rescheduling for another day with the company that we had lined up, I took a shot in the dark and called 360 Home Inspections to see if they could dispatch anyone ASAP. We got lucky and Mark was able to be there within 20-30minutes. Thorough, professional inspection at a great price. And the inspection report hit my inbox within a couple hours. Highly recommend!
