We have used Scot for several properties over the past 4 years and were extremely satisfied each and every time. He is thorough, extremely knowledgeable about many property types and provides additional insight. We always feel confident afterwards knowing exactly what issues we may be looking at both immediately and down the road a few years.

The inspection saved me from getting into a never-ending project. Without Scot’s knowledge and ability to point out areas of potential concern, I would have regretted my home purchase. He was so helpful that I hired him again two weeks later on a new home for inspection.

We had Scot from Towne & Country Building Inspection inspect a home we were to purchase in May of 2017 but, the deal feel through and we lost the house. The first person my wife and I thought of without hesitation for the next home inspection was Scot. We have been in our home since June 2017. I am writing this in February 2018, looking back we are enjoying our home and Towne & Country Building Inspection will forever be apart of our home story.

Scot was FABULOUS! If anyone needs a qualified inspector- Scot is the one to use. He was very thorough with his explanations of what were areas of concern, or what was in good shape. He shared his knowledge of items to be mindful of as your home was aging- what you can do to keep a home in its best shape as possible. Scot was very hands on and wanted you as a buyer to be as informed as possible! Scot encouraged questions and made sure you understood all that he presented and was willing to answer any follow up questions we may have. You can’t get any better than Scot!!!!

Brian was extremely helpful during our inspection, he was very patient with our questions. As first time home owners, we learned a ton!
