Loppnow Home Inspections is locally owned and operated by Jack Loppnow. LHI is centrally located in Jack’s hometown of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin where he resides with his wife, Beth and four sons: Nick, Sam, Jordan and Blake. Jack has more than 25 years of residential and commercial construction experience as a crew leader, supervisor, estimator and in business to business sales.
Jack completed his training through American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), America’s largest home inspection training institution. He completed the AHIT Masters Program, the National Home Inspector Examination and the Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Rules Exam and is a member of WAHI, Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors.

Neal was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable. I enjoy working with him and gave me great advice.
Neal seemed to know his stuff. He explained how the deck rails need to be a certain distance apart in order to be child-proof. He E-Mailed a picture of our attic insulation to us that we had not accessed before. He assured us that our roof and gutters were still in good shape. He made suggestions about improvements to our driveway, etc. After his inspection we felt confident that we knew what needed to be done.
Neal was so friendly!! Punctual and professional! Very knowledgeable!!
