Owner and inspector Mark Weidner has over 36 years of construction experience, having built homes, is Certified by the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), Certified for Air Quality Assesment by Home Air Check and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

Most importantly, he spends the time after the inspection to personally explain to me and my agent all the main problems he noticed. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any type of home inspection.

I relied on his report to make my home purchase and was glad he was part of the process. He knows everything there is to know about a house and has a sharp eye to pick out anything that looks out of place. Most importantly, he spends the time after the inspection to personally explain to me and my agent all the main problems he noticed. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any type of home inspection.

He did an excellent job of inspecting the property and patiently explaining all the things he found. Many years later after I became a Realtor, he was the first person that came to my mind when referring inspection services to my clients. Each of the multitude of my clients have been extremely happy with his work. I will not hesitate to refer Mark for a professional and diligent inspection service.
