Very thorough inspection. I felt comfortable with the walk through, anything I didn’t understand was explained in a processable way. What’s also important? Not feeling anxious or worried if there is a major issue, if it can be fixed it will.
I’ve used HSH twice in the last 8 months on two different homes, and I’d absolutely use them again! Their work is very thorough. From something as simple as caulking to the bigger stuff like roofing, foundation work … it’s all addressed meticulously in the inspection report. Nothing is overlooked. If you want someone who will point out every detail possible, I’d go with Home Sweet Home.
Very detailed inspection. Also this company will give you recommendation on things that you should replace in the future. Very nice and friendly and professional person. I will recommend her to anyone who needs it. Also very negotiated with price. The service and professionalism was great I highly recommend her.
