Our inspectors are required to not only meet the licensing requirements of the State of North Carolina but they are required to exceed them and become a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). All our inspectors are members of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association (NCLHIA) and are active in the local chapter. This coupled with a company culture of life time learning serves to provide the most knowledgeable and experienced inspectors available.

Michael offered superb service and was extremely thorough on a 7500sqft 1 acre property I was purchasing. This sort of home size and features required a professional expert (home/pool/pest inspection). I’ve bought and sold 5 homes in the last 10 years moving for work purposes so ive had my fair share of experiences with inspectors. Michael without a doubt was the most qualified and had a wealth of knowledge on every aspect of a home. He wasnt there to just look for tacky items to prove his worth. He illustrated the qualities of the home and highlighted on legitimate costly concerns. I hope I dont have to move again but if do, Michael is the guy.
Ken was so thorough. He explained everything to me on my level and answered all of my many questions. I would highly recommend to him to anyone! This was my first experience with a home inspection and he made it a very positive experience! 5+ Stars! Thank you!
