He spent considerable time. He was professional and courteous. However, I later found that 4 outlets in the kitchen were non functional and one actually fell apart when it was removed during painting.

Took the time to highlight potential issues and forethought to explain fixes. He also gave good basic information on the furnace, hot water heaters and all appliances. Finished with a very detailed, electronic and hard copy with photos. Awsome
