Homebridge Home Inspectors
Whether you are a buyer, lender, seller, investor, development company, or real estate agent, chances are you or your client may need a residential home inspection prior to the sale or purchase of a home.
At Homebridge, a complete home inspection will be carried out to state of Ohio licensing requirements and InterNACHI standards of practice. InterNACHI is the world’s largest organization of certified residential property inspectors.
I chose Homebridge Home Inspection because Michael had been so kind on the phone. He was friendly, but he forgot about our appointment today. He forgot to do my inspection. Don’t get me wrong, I know sometimes life happens, and I understand that some appointments can’t be kept, but apparently, Michael had rescheduled my appointment without me. When he checked his book and realized his mistake, he did apologize, but he did not try to rectify the situation. He asked if I could reschedule, but I couldn’t. I didn’t. I’ve chosen to go with someone else, who will hopefully show up to an appointment made by them. Or at least call if they can’t make it. Thanks, Michael, for adding more stress to my already stressful home buying experience. I really appreciate this addition to my day.
The inspector overlooked significant foundation issues that have cost us over $20k in repairs so far, and more are needed.
He gives out a very clear and easy to read home inspection report. The price is very affordable. I definitely recommend using Homebridge Home Inspection.
