John explained things however didn’t go so far that I couldn’t follow. He was willing to answer questions I had. And he was fast but thorough.

We hired this company at the suggestion of our realtor to inspect our home prior to our purchase in April. While he found some things that were major and needed repair he missed other very big things that we now have to pay for. For example, we have two retaining walls on the property. One is right next to the house. He did not catch that they do not have proper drainage. To replace one will cost over $10,000. In addition, the deck is in really bad condition.
