Mark is the absolute worst inspector ever and highly unprofessional! I am leaving this review as a precaution for those making one of the biggest purchases in a lifetime. I bought a house 20 days ago and hired Mark. Issues that were clearly there when he did his inspection were not addressed in his report and when I asked him about them, his response was “do you think the seller wants to fix that?” He does not work for the buyer at all, just there to collect his $500 and skirt issues that need to be addressed. Good for the seller and the real estate agents to make the deal but not the BUYER. My advice…. Do not hire him!

Hired Mark for a home inspection on a house we are buying. He showed up on time (even early), and by the time we got there, he had already started. Was there for several hours, inspecting everything from top to bottom. Very thorough job, and I thought a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

He asked if we wanted to be present during and taught us so much about our home. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly inspecting every part of the house and explaining all the things he found.
