Terry was great from the minute we called him to get a quote through the inspection and we even had him do a re-inspection because we were concerned there were a few things the sellers weren’t going to address. He gave a very fair price and walked us through not only inspection concerns, but advice on how to maintain the house in the future. I feel I may have followed up with too many questions after the inspection but he was very responsive and eager to help with recommendations even after his work was done. Really appreciate his kindness and generosity. Thanks Terry!

Terry truly went above and beyond for our inspection. We were so happy with his attention to detail throughout the property. There was nothing overlooked. Terry even found a crawl space in the basement, that the owner was never aware of! Terry really inspected every inch possible of the house, and brought so many things to our attention that we would have never thought of. Terry also provided great additional safety recommendations. A++, thanks for a thorough inspection Terry!
