Ross wrote a comprehensive and informative inspection document for our prospective home purchase. The survey document was complete with images for all issues raised and he spent several hours checking the systems. Many of the issues that he raised resulted in conversations with the sellers’ attorney in order to get them fixed before purchased. His statements were clear and hard for them to argue with! It was also a pleasure to meet Ross, who is keen and learned about the subject.
