Imagine a hands on career that will have you searching for defects that are hiding in the home and could cause problems for the prospective buyer or owner. You are trained “Hands-On” both in the classroom and out in the field to find these problems, document them, and take digital pictures of these problems from the overall structural and mechanical systems including all components of the home. Most professionals are charging $350.00 to $500.00 a home depending on the square footage PLUS another $150 to $200 for a Radon Test if you choose to get licensed.
Joe and Todd were both great, as well. Both were very accommodating and organized the class perfectly. Would definitely love to take more classes with HomeSpection.
Per our Radon Certification class. Susan and I really enjoy the class. Not only did we have a good time but we were prepared for the final exam. Joe, Matt and Todd are great people and excellent Instructors/Administrators.
The class covers absolutely everything you need to start your property inspection business. There was no sugar coating anything. Joe and Matt provided real world experience and real world examples of daily life as a home inspector. Definitely worth the investment.
