Homestead Report Home Tweksbury Inspection

John was great. He went through everything in detail, took his time, explained everything to us and the significance of each issue, and answered all his questions. He gave us a verbal description of issues as he went through each room, provided a recap of he significant issues at the end and gave us a full written report first thing in the morning. Our realtor was also very impressed with his thoroughness. Due to his diligent inspection, he uncovered some very serious issues which would have cost us thousands of dollars had we purchased the house without knowing. As we did not purchase that house because of the issues found in his inspection, we will definitely hire him again for the next house we consider purchasing.

Went great!! John Ward and his assistant (with tablet taking notes in hand) showed up EARLY actually and had already started their evaluation of the home. This was the first home inspection we had ever done. They started with the outside and finished up in the attic of the place about 3 hours later. It was extremely thorough and very, very helpful and done with a great sense of humor, to boot. Could not have further exceeded the expectations or needs we had set out and spent the time to discuss and answer questions. Highly recommended.

John was wonderful!! He pointed out everything we needed to know about this house in detail as he was performing the inspection. He was so easy going, friendly and knew what he was doing. We all felt so comfortable knowing that what he found and ultimately provided in his report was as thorough an inspection you could ask for. John is the type of guy you meet and instantaneously feel like you’ve known him for years. He comes very highly recommended. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for any future purchase. My fiancé and I found John Ward for our home inspection based on reviews, and I’m glad we did! John is extremely thorough and looks out for his clients’ best interests. He is knowledgeable and guided us through each step of the process. We felt very well informed about what safety and maintenance concerns existed that would need to be addressed. That property did not work out for us based on some major findings. We are back out there looking and will definitely be using John again for our next inspection!

John was fantastic. You can really tell he’s been doing this a long time. He was able to see things on and in the house that I would have never thought to look at. His work was extremely thorough and meticulous. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent home inspector.

John Ward was absolutely amazing! I took 5 pages of notes – and this was a house in very good shape. He gave us ideas of what we should do right away, and what could wait a few years. He was thorough, patient, friendly, focused, and answered all our questions. We learned so much about what to look for in houses in general as well as this house in particular. Our (buyer’s) agent said she has learned so much from John Ward over the years, and it shows as she has told us what to look for at open houses. And the listing agent was listening carefully too (and even texting her client for what to look for in their new house). We were all very impressed!
