Dan was great. He was very thorough and knew so much. I am glad we used him. I would recommend him anytime! Seriously, we’ve bought a lot of homes and have met a lot of inspectors. This is a great guy who does a great job.
Met with Dan at our new home for inspection. It was a rainy gloomy day, but he was up on the roof and looking around the outside of the house as if the sun was shining bright. Dan did a wonderful job of going through the house and explaining things to us. Where to turn off the water if I needed to, how to shut off the furnace etc. Dan is very personable and made us feel comfortable. I would recommend Dan for your home inspection needs.
Dan is very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to provide valuable insight not only into current action items, but what we can expect to encounter and address as time passes. He not only took the time to explain everything while going through the home, but also gave a summary of action items at the end. To cap it all off, he had the report in hand that same day.
