Hopes Home Inspection was very thorough with the inspection of our very old house. I was a bit nervous about buying an older home until I got the thorough inspection report from them and was told by an insurance agent that it was the best inspection they had seen. I fully recommend them.
Terrible DO Not use this guy, i paid him for a home inspection and then after signing and buying the house when we got the keys we walked in and found water leaking in the wall, the sunroof floor totally rotten out and i put my foot through the floor, the bedroom floor was collapsing and the main mean that supports the house was cracked and broken and a huge amount of other issues, there was water damage inside the front door when we walked in that i previously knew about but wasnt in his report and i mentioned it and all i got was opps i had a computer issue. Stay Away from him and his company
He spends more time writing all the plausible deniability claims so he can’t be held responsible for all the things he didn’t find. Just had an electrician out and half our house is running on 10….yes, you read that correct….10 volts.

Do not use this guy he is horrible missed totally rotten floors cracked beams water leaking in walls and so many more issues. Guy is a total liar and a scammer. Doesn’t do his job but charges like hes the best
