He went out of his way to make sure I have a good foundation of knowledge and saved me from purchasing a money pit. He took alot of time to give thorough explanation and never made me feel rushed for asking lots of questions. He showed up on time and ready to get started. He was great at breaking down which fixes were imperative versus simple maintenance fixes.The report he compiled is very easy to follow and accessible online easily without having to download a large file. I feel significantly better equipped to look at alternative properties and know I have a great home inspector to turn to in the future.
