T&L Home Inspection is Veteran owned and operated. After retiring from the military, I worked DOD contracts for several years, but wanted to spend more time with my family, so I decided to find something that didn’t require traveling. In 2017 I started a home repair business and ended up working with several Realtors which led me into Home Inspections. In early 2018 I completed the required training and received my North Carolina Home Inspectors License. My experience in the Military plays well into home inspecting because the same attention to detail is required to perform a thorough inspection. I have know Keith Speer for well over a year and he has completed numerous inspections for me as well as my company. He is very detailed oriented and knows his craft better than other Home Inspectors. He shares his knowledge and expertise with his customers and the Real Estate Agents he works with. He provides a Home Inspection report that is very valuable to his customers and the real estate transaction. My company and I will keep him at the top of their list for years to come.

What a great experience!!! I’ve only left a couple of reviews before but felt the need to do so for Keith. He was beyond professional and left no stone unturned. He answered all my questions and was always available. I didn’t have to chase him down or wait for him to return my calls/emails. I highly recommend Keith for anyone looking for a home inspector. He made the whole house-buying experience a lot less stressful!!!!!

I’ve done business with Keith, at House to Home Inspections of the Sandhills, for a long time now and have never been disappointed in his work. He is thorough and by the book every time. Our buyers and sellers both have been able to utilize his reports to assist in the buying/selling process due to his accurate and ethical reporting. I recommend his services to everyone!
