The service was excellent and was a major factor in my decision to buy or not. The report was comprehensive and timely, and it identified all the important (vital!) issues. The inspection went smoothly. I was worried I wouldn’t be there when it took place, but this wasn’t a problem. The inspection was completed on time and met my expectations. HouseCheck is a service I would recommend to anyone who needs it.

Lucas was incredibly professional, polite, respectful and thorough. I felt safe at all times. He went above and beyond to answer questions and ensure that we were well informed. His report was finished and made available to us within an hour of our meeting to discuss the inspection.
