Housemaster’s did a great job. Incredibly thorough inspection. A home is a very large purchase and you need to be comfortable with what you are buying. Housemaster’s made me feel comfortable. Their app is also very helpful in managing your home after the fact. Bob Horvath is an excellent inspector

We had a home we’re potentially purchasing inspected by Karl, and he was really great. My wife and I are newbies in this process, Karl took his time explaining and walking me through every last detail. He never seemed annoyed at any question I asked, and never felt like he was rushing through any process. When he saw something done well or in great shape he let me know and when he thought something should be done better he let me know. In the end I thought he was fair not only to me as the paying client, but fair to the current owner of the home and fair to the house itself. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I was extremely impressed with the inspection that HouseMaster provided on a potential home purchase. I arrived at the home by the appointed time and the Engineer, Bob, had already surveyed the complete exterior of the home. Bob gave a complete verbal rundown on the exterior in an understandable way and allowed me to ask any/all questions and provided me with an additional walk around to show exactly what he inspected and the condition. We then moved to the interior of the home where once again, Bob, provided a thorough inspection and explained everything that he was looking for and the current condition compared to required standards. Bob also took the time after every section to stop and input his assessment and findings into his laptop on the spot. By the end of the inspection he was able to show me every aspect with ratings and areas that he would advise updating. By the end of the inspection, I felt comfortable and reassured that I was buying a solid home.
