HouseMaster of Heartland Home Inspections

We had Enrique Gonzales of HouseMaster inspect the condo my son was purchasing in Indianapolis Indiana. He was very professional, punctual and completed the condo inspection thoroughly. He explained to us precisely what some of the things he found and suggested repairs. He was very knowledgeable. His overall report was clear, concise with attached pictures . It made it easy for us to understand. We like Enrique so much that we requested for him to come back to reinspect the property.

Housemasters goes above and beyond. We had an issue come up 2 days before closing as a result of a re-inspection. Trent made an additional trip out to the house to assess the situation, met with additional contractors to verify their findings, and helped explain their findings in a way that a non-contractor would understand. I would trust them handling any of my buyers in a real estate transaction. Highly recommend!
