I hired Huffman Inspections for a pre-inspection for my home sale. Aaron was extremely detail oriented and thorough. His attention to detail saved me from what would have been a large ordeal during the home sale had he not found issues that my previous inspector missed. Thanks to his inspection I was able to repair and mitigate major defects prior to putting my house on the market and fetch top dollar for it. The office staff was helpful and prompt too. I will be using them again.

Doug, a certified EIFS (synthetic stucco) inspector completed an inspection at a house in legacy ridge in Westminster this last Friday.The report indicated that the EIFS was installed incorrectly at several areas of the property and was at some spots holding moisture and rot! The sellers didn’t want to do the suggested repairs as I’m sure that once the EIFS was opened up, that more problems would surface (more substrate rot most likely). Doug saved my family from a potential money pit and health hazard. Can’t thank this company enough!

The report was completed quickly and was very well done, the home office team and the support they provided was great. Overall – a very positive experience. I would (and will) refer this company to others who need this type of service.
