Hunt Home Inspection

Jeff is a great guy! Very thorough and true to his word. He takes the time to get to know you and your home. And, answers any questions you have as well as breaks it down to a science you will understand. This is our first time buying a home and Jeff made us feel so comfortable and put our mind at ease. We didn’t know all the different things that came with a home inspection, but Jeff looks at everything and makes sure you’re getting what you pay for and are in the best situation possible. This was my first experience with an inspector and honestly I have to admit that I was a bit terrified! I have heard many horror stories about rude inspectors that don’t want you around, let alone to ask questions. I knew I wanted to be a part of my first home inspection and so I was searching for someone who was going to make me feel comfortable. Jeff was just the guy! I had talked to him on the phone many times before even meeting him; to verify what was included in my inspection, including calling back about specific data needed, I changed my inspection time and he was nothing but kind and understanding! Jeff was incredibly thorough and respectful in his explanations of any issues. Wherever there was an issue, he would try suggest alternatives for cheaper fixes or ideas to save the longevity of the home he would. He showed me how things worked and explained anything that didn’t. He helped me to understand some of the safety concerns and how to prioritize fixing them. Jeff beyond made me feel comfortable with the entire inspection process as well as how to proceed following. I appreciate him and his willingness to teach and assist more then a thank you will do justice! I would highly recommend Jeff, with Hunt Home inspections.
