Technicians have always been kind, but I wish to give them Zero Star for their customer service and communication. Especially the Office Manager Paula, Unprofessional, rude, mean, grumpy over the phone, and doesn’t have any customer service skills. After 5 months of unfortunate dealing with this company hired by our property management, we still have the same problems. I simply requested they call me 30 min before arrival, but they even couldn’t handle that. I’m surprised!!!
