We bought a home over the summer. Friend referred me to I-Spy after they had a positive experience, and WOW did they deliver. Joe was so friendly, thorough, responsive, and professional…..I emailed him probably a dozen times after the inspection to follow up on some loose ends, and he always replied quickly and even offered to swing by if he was in the area. I believe it’s 100% worth it to hire a high-quality inspector and to not cheap out.

We had the pleasure of having Rob do our home inspection. He was punctual, professional and very helpful. He patiently went through the house with me, explaining anything that was problematic or not up to code. He was meticulous and thorough and went over the house from attic to basement. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was not only professional and knowledgeable but so nice and personable as well. We highly recommend Rob to anyone looking for an excellent home inspection.

Rich was VERY helpful throughout the process. Even before we got to the house, he gave great advice through the phone. At the home, he spent 2 hours going over everything in great detail and answered any questions I had. This is my 3rd home purchase and I have seen quite a few inspectors and Rich has been by far the best. He is very knowledgable and has been in the business for quite some time. I highly recommend Rich to anyone looking for a home inspector.
