I have a lot of experience, more than most. Since 1993, I’ve inspected thousands of modern and historic homes. With that experience, you get a seasoned inspector, one who will find defects that newer inspectors might miss. An inexperienced inspector could cost you quite a bit of money because if you move into a house full of unknown defects, you’ll be stuck with the bill.

My reports are completely narrative and include pictures of defects – no checklists. The report describes what I looked at, what was wrong, why it is wrong, and the best way to address the problems.

He is extremely thorough and always professional. He gladly answers any and all questions and his background in both new construction and vintage homes has made him an invaluable resource. He has saved us thousands, perhaps tens of thousands of dollars in our real estate purchases/builds/sales. This is the person to use if you’re looking for a quality straightforward inspection. His prices are fair and the peace of mind you stand to gain is invaluable

Jerry is wonderful to work with. He was very thorough with the inspection and took the time to explain all his findings. He also turned around the report very quickly.

I couldn’t ask for anything more. his correspondence was incredibly quick. He returned his report in faster than he told me to expect it. He also did an amazing job with his inspection. He found stuff that I was looking for, but because he has so much experience, he was able to find it in a way that I wasn’t. He was then able to show how he saw it, and gave me advice on how to solve it. He also provided a couple of contacts for me to call for certain things.
