In all honesty, this is the most professional home inspector you will ever find at a competitive price. Chris is extremely thorough and honest. His report that he provides (got it to me in less than 24 hours) is meticulously detailed with tons of pictures that he takes and further recommendations for corrections. We are first time home buyers, and he was more than willing to speak with our fathers (retired plumber and contractor) about the house and the work that needs to be done.
