Having Paul as our inspector made our first time home buying experience so much easier. Paul is extremely thorough but also personable – he walked us through room by room, pointed out what was good, what needed to be fixed immediately and what could probably wait. When he saw that we were confused – he would pause, slow down and explain it in terms we could understand. Not only did we get an impeccable and detailed inspection report but I feel as though I got a crash course in Home maintenance. Thank you Paul!
One house was a fixer upper and the other was newer, in better condition. Paul’s attention to detail in each inspection was incredibly impressive, and he noticed things that I would never have even thought to look at. He was helpful, thorough, and he patiently explained each item to us so that we understood what caused the issue. We sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better, funnier, or more enjoyable and thorough inspection. The process of buying is stressful and Paul made a portion of this process very fun!
