Did you know there is no federal ban on Asbestos in the U.S. If you own or considering buying a home build prior to 1990, there is a good chance it has asbestos containing materials.
Contact me if you suspect asbestos or have concerns, I will take samples of the suspected materials for laboratory confirmation testing. If need be, I can refer you to technicians accredited by the State Michigan to legally and safely remove and dispose of asbestos material.
