I hired Inspectro, Inc. for a house inspection to help me determine what needed to be repaired/renovated before closing. Alan, the inspector, had the added benefit of being licensed to do a termite inspection too. I called Inspectro, Inc. the day before Christmas Eve for an inspection on Christmas Eve. Alan is amazing for being available at such short notice and on a day that most other inspectors were not available. He was very punctual. As he inspected the house, he pointed out things he was looking for, things I should be looking for in the future, and explained everything pertinent to owning and maintaining a home. He was extremely thorough and unbelievably knowledgeable about the house, its problems, and how to solve them. Alan’s inspection took the planned 2 hours to complete for the 1 family house. I did not need to wait for the report. It was written and given to me right after the inspection. He further explained the report and said if I ever needed support or had questions about the inspection, he was available.
