Apparently they’ll “not see” things that are clearly damaged, They inspected my home before purchase but failed to mention the severe water damage in the crawlspace, that can clearly be seen from the crawlspace. I am disabled and unable to get into crawlspace myself, which is why I depended upon this inspection before my purchase. In my opinion, they are not trustworthy, and you should use ANYONE else, perhaps your local blind neighbor, as they would miss less things.
