I have purchased many homes and have never had such a positive result until working with Inspect Auburn. Auburn certainly is lucky to have someone that can do Auburn Home Inspections as detailed and easy to read. Their reports are on point on what needs to be fixed now. Additionally their reports give you details that will reduce energy and maintenance costs.

Luke was extremely professional, on time, and put together a thorough easy to read inspection report with pictures of all 42 issues. Highly recommend his services. He even offered to come back for a reinspect at no charge as the builder had some last minute items to complete.
