Oscar does a very thorough job inspecting and documenting home discrepancies. He is certified for electrical work which is a major concern when buying a home. His thermal equipment is pretty cool and adds a layer of confidence beyond the naked eye. I did point out a couple cosmetic deficiencies and he was quick to add them to his very comprehensive and illustrated report.
