Our company is a premier state and nationally certified home inspection company in the Wausau, Rothschild, Mosinee, Kronenwetter, Weston and many other areas of Marathon county and now expanding our Services to the Stevens Point Area. We have been trusted by home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions and home sellers to help prepare their home for resale. Our home inspections typically range 3 1/2 hours long depending on the size of the house and you’re invited to follow along with your inspector as they perform their inspection.

We take great pride in every inspection we perform. When the inspection is over, your inspector will prepare a detailed typed inspection report regarding the property that includes photographs, videos, and emergency tags for equipment along with a comprehensive maintenance manual to help you take care of your new home. Mike is an exceptional inspector and person in general. He makes sure you understand what he finds and takes plenty of videos and photos for you. Thank you Mike for making this part of the home buying process easy and worry free

Mike is awesome! Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable, personable and professional. Along with giving you a very thorough report (including a bunch of videos and pictures) at the end of the inspection, he is open to answering questions during the entire inspection process. Post inspection he gave me a bunch of pointers on things that could be fixed,

I have the upmost respect for Mike Carson. When it comes down to quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness and punctuality he has it all. I will be recommending him to anybody I come across that is buying a house to get their inspection done by Mike Carson. He was extremely knowledgeable during the inspection. His report was extremely thorough and easy to read.Even after his job was done he continued to help me over the phone with the issues that I was facing with the amendment that had been drawn up and the contractors opinion. He referred me to a great foundation specialist to inspect and repair.
