Inspecta-Homes Inspector
Chuck Blixt co-founded Inspecta-Homes of America, Inc., in 1981. It was the first private residential building inspection service in Minnesota, northern Iowa and northwestern Wisconsin. His business background, education and experience in the construction and real estate fields prepared Chuck well for the inspection business in 1975-76, when the City of Minneapolis licensed him as one of the original Truth-In-Sale-of-Housing Evaluators. Since then he has been continuously and actively involved in, and is acknowledged as a pioneer in all aspects of the residential building inspection business.
The entire process from setting up the appointment to the written report was flawless. They were helpful with any questions that we had as first time home buyers throughout the process. The inspector was extremely thorough and helped us to understand every aspect of his report. He even recommend for my husband to take measurements while he was there for our own needs as he finished his inspection.
Todd did an awesome job evaluating the house and walking us through foreseen maintenance and structure issues. They got us in within just a couple of day of our request. I highly recommend Todd at Inspecta-Homes!
Whenever you saw a recommendation about this woman don’t doubt she’s the best trader I ever work with Her trading is second to none, Mrs. Linda james has a successful mindset alongside superior technical knowledge. Amazing work culture, everyone is willing to invest with her because she makes a good profit of over $12,050 with just a minimum of $1000 in 7 days.
The company, specifically the inspector that I met and worked with at the property was more than informative and professional. Would use recommend and use them again.
He notices everything and gives the customer confidence in making the right decision about the house in question. He is honest and 100 percent truthful. I have used him more than once. He’s your guy!
The inspector said my drains were clogged. They weren’t. He said the bathtub drain was clogged. It isn’t. He said I had dry rot on my windows. I didn’t. Do not do business with these people. They are incompetent and un- trained. This had to be the worst most fly by night company I had ever had inspect a house. I myself was a home inspector and the results this company gave my buyer were ludicrous.
