John performed an inspection for us on a home we’re in the process of buying. The inspection was thorough, and performed in a timely manner. The report was detailed so that we could easily understand his findings and photographs added extra help. We called with a question and to discuss one of the findings, and he returned our call promptly, was very informative, very professional, and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

John was extremely thorough and professional which is exactly what you want in an inspector. John also spent nearly an hour on phone with me walking me through the entire report which goes well above and beyond prior experiences with other inspectors
