Reed Baxter brings more than 11 years of real estate, construction, and inspection experience to Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon, Philomath, and the surrounding areas. He began work in the industry at the age of sixteen, building homes with his father. Reed began his own construction company in 1975, followed by a custom molding and framing business in the late 90’s.
In addition, Reed’s experience with real estate, helps him offer a uniquely diverse look into the home inspecting process. Reed is fully certified as a Home Inspector, and continues on-going training with Inspections Unlimited to bring clients the most up-to-date knowledge available

Home inspections are always needed on a tight turnaround so, as the home buyer, you have time to review the information and make an informed buying decision. Reed (and his support team) responded promptly and were able to come out to the purchase property within a very reasonable timeframe. He explained things very succinctly and straightforward. We will recommend Reed every time we hear of someone needing a home inspector!
They refuse to give us the results. For $150 I had to pay in advance. they are holding up our life. It should only take 1 to 2 days. But they forgot to deposit the check I had to give in advance. When I called they were rude and said I had to talk to the guy that drew the water. Then they told me the guy never answers his phone. They are the kings of the run around. Save yourself the headache and use a different company, any other company.
