He arrived early and was very friendly and personable. He took his time and used the whole 3 hours to thoroughly inspect the house from top to bottom. When he was done he went through his findings​ with us and explained everything in detail. He was knowledge about current laws affecting the property. He emailed the report that same evening! His report included many photos and detailed descriptions including recommendations. It was also color coded based on urgency. This was incredibly helpful for making our repair requests. He was also readily available by phone to answer additional questions we had. He also provided us with a veteran discount. We highly recommend him for anyone buying a home!!
