Also he doesn’t leave after hes paid either he will reach out and make sure that you’re satisfied and to contact him with any questions. Highly recommended!

After the inspection was completed he sat down with us and walked us through every detail. There were a few items we thought about upgrading in the house and when we asked if they were possible he took the time to walk us through how to do those upgrades ourselves. After the house was purchased and we moved in Dave followed up with us a month later to ensure everything was up to our standards. Dave went above and beyond our expectations.

Took the time to walk through the home with us, showed many pictures he took during the inspection so we could see what/where he was referring as well as physically showing us. Explained how different features of the home work. Very patient with our questions (and our 4.5 year old!) And made sure to explain everything about the home in a way that we could understand. Outstanding service!
