Our inspector, Kelly was thorough, and took time to answer all our questions. He followed up with a roofer about a question he had on the house to ensure that the answer he gave us was accurate. They are highly recommended!

Excellent to work with. Needed my house to be sold in a hurry. Texas Certified Home Inspectors was out and pointed out a few things that I wasn’t aware of, which could have affected my sale.Blake was very honest and helpful in his suggestions and ideas.

They had a binder ready for me with complete explanations of everything that was found or not found during the inspection. To every question I had there was an answer. Even their follow up service was amazing.

Over the years, my wife and I have purchased five investment properties. Charles has inspected each one; because we trust him, his knowledge and his professionalism. There are other good inspectors, but we have come to understand that Charles calls it like he sees it. We have never felt he was making a small item a large one, or a large issue – small. His thoroughness is very impressive as he seems to cover (or uncover) items that we didn’t suspect. And he has a unique ability to identify areas that could have potential liability.
