In 2009 I purchased a home in need of much rehabilitation which began my journey in the world of construction, remodel and stress management. In June of 2014 I began working as a WA. State licensed home inspector in an apprenticeship role with an established Seattle home inspector active since 2004. This allowed me to gain valuable knowledge and experience in the field as a home inspector.
I view a home as an integrated set of structures & systems, but also as a space where life happens and where we want to live safely and comfortably with family, friends and pets. I believe that with my technical and research based background, a passion for things being done right and working efficiently and appreciation that a home is more than simply a house I will provide a necessary and valuable service to anyone in need.

Brian is great. Very helpful, responsive and thorough. We did several pre-inspections with him, and he always spent as much time as necessary to inspect and explain everything to us. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
Brian always does a great job inspecting homes for my buyers. Not only does he thoroughly inspect each home, but he is also an extremely patient educator. If you have questions, he’s happy to answer them. I’ve worked with many home inspectors in the Seattle area, and Brian is one of my favorites!
Brian was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful inspector. Some inspectors rush through a job and just document their findings. Brian thinks about potential root causes and explains them to his clients, so that we fully understand the issues in his report. I would definitely hire him again. FLIR infrared imaging for leak detection is included. Highly recommended if you’re purchasing a home!
Brian did a great job to check our house thoroughly and point out all problems or potential issues. As a first time homeowner, I asked tons of questions during the inspection and Brian answered them patiently, through with I learned a lot house maintenance knowledge ! Highly recommended !
Brian went above and beyond what I expected from his reasonable rate for my condo home inspection. He inspected every last detail of the condo, and was efficient and informative. His follow up report was incredibly neat, detailed, and easy to understand. Would 100% use his service again and recommend him to anyone I know!
Brian is great! He was on time for the inspection (actually he was a bit early!). He was extremely thorough and clearly pointed out any issues with the house. No item was too small and he logged everything. I found his reports extremely useful as well since he provides photos with arrows pointing to all issues alongside the detail worded report. I definitely recommend Brian for any home inspection.
