Thoroughly explained everything during the inspection and went over all items of concern afterwards. We had our report to review the next morning.

Nick was not only thorough, but explained the inner workings of the house to me. He showed me what to do in emergencies, either with water, electric or gas and taught me about maintaining the systems. He’s super knowledgeable and helpful. I didn’t buy that house, but I scheduled him again for another. He was my first choice.
