Keith Vanevenhoven founded Integrity Inspection Services and is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors (WAHI). Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and has over 30 years of engineering, construction and inspection experience. Using his knowledge, experience and expertise Keith has been helping home buyers make informed buying decisions for many years.

He seemed to have a good working relationship with our realtor as well, which made the process easier at times. We didn’t feel rushed and he was able to answer all of our questions. In a good way, Keith treated us (and addressed our concerns) like we were first time home owners and I think his advice will come in very handy in the future.
Keith Vanevenhoven did an excellent job in our opinion and we were very happy with his inspection. He arrived early and was already done with the roof inspection when we got there. He gave us his opinion on topics beyond a normal inspection (such as his ‘guestimate’ on how long he thought things like the roof, furnace, and other appliances would probably last… putting many of our worries we had at ease).
Keith was thorough and professional. He took his time to explain to us the condition of the home. He answered all of our questions completely. He provided a complete home inspection along with a complete report. The report was so helpful for us to prioritize the things that needed to be fixed in our home. The pictures that he included in his report were extremely useful when we scheduled maintenance work.

Keith was amazing to work with! He was on time, very detail oriented and thorough with his home inspection. Keith explained things above and beyond we could ask for. He did extra tips and tricks that relate to his findings with the inspection. We felt comfortable with him and excellent reliability- as well as quick response and professional while working with realtor and our family as well. Keith was wonderful. He took the time to help us understand every issue with the house we were considering purchasing. His report was very detailed, including nice photos that gave us a thorough image of the overall condition of the building. I would highly recommend his services.
