We found Josh online and decided to go with J. Bixler inspections based on the reviews. The reviews are accurate. Josh was very responsive with correspondence and we were able to get an appointment quickly with a fast turnaround for the full inspection report (Friday home inspection and received our report Monday morning). The report is very thorough and he was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Josh was friendly and seem to have good expertise and experience in his line of work. We are happy we went with Josh and definitely recommend him!
