I was blown away by how detailed and professional the inspector was and he found so many things in my new home that I can now address to my builder’s warranty which will save me thousands down the road. The inspector quickly provided a detailed report with pictures of each discrepancy. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted Mr Boyd about doing an inspection on my home before we put it on the market. We wanted to find any problems before they became a problem. I asked him to be thorough. He went far above my expectations. He was very thorough and very detailed. After he concluded his inspection, he sat down with us and explained everything in great detail. We were very impressed with his inspection and his report. We had talked to others that had used his services. All have great reviews. I am so happy that we chose his company. He did find a couple minor things that needed our attention before we listed our house. It gave us a sense of peace knowing where we stood beforehand. We can not thank you enough for the experience we had. If anyone is thinking about using Coastal Professional Services, do it. You won’t regret it.
