They were extremely responsive and accommodating. The attention to detail during each home inspection far exceeded my expectations, they were able to explain all the building codes and shortcomings of each of the properties I had them inspect. They quickly submitted their findings in a well detailed report and even took time to explain any questions I had post inspection. They allowed me to tag a long and took time to educate me on all the issues and potential issues each structure presented. Mr. Jernigan is a huge wealth of knowledge and is very approachable. I cannot express my gratitude for his services. They are easily the best in the area, highly reccomend them to anyone needing to have a home inspection in the Raleigh area.

We recently used Jernigan & Associates for a home inspection in Raleigh, and would highly recommend them! They were a pleasure to work with, very professional and made the process of the home inspection easy for us to understand. On the day of the inspection, they were very thorough and took the time to walk us through/around the house to explain everything that would be on the report. As first time home buyers, we needed a little hand holding! The report itself was detailed and included pictures with arrows to pinpoint specifics. We are very pleased with the services Jernigan & Associates provided and will definitely use them again in the future!
