JM Property Inspections

Perfect! Second time my husband and I have used John in the past few months. It’s so comforting to find an inspector like him and to know he takes his time and is 100% honest. Hopefully this house works out… But if not, John will get our business for a 3rd time. I would HIGHLY recommend.

John was a fantastic choice! First off, he was extremely flexible and patient. We had to change the date last minute, and John did it for us even though he was very busy. Then, the day of our inspection, our realtor was an HOUR late… And while we were all annoyed, John was very professional about it and didn’t rush to make up for the time. When we first got there, John walked around the outside with his colleague and showed us all of the little things he noticed.

John arrived at site late afternoon and set up immediately. He left nothing undone. I received a multipage report,with close-up photos in my email the next day,less than 24 hours later! Even though this sale did not make it to settlement table, John was a pleasure to work with. This is the second time I had hired him for home inspection, both times he was so professional and thorough. I am still shopping for that forever home, but when I find find it, JM Property Inspections will be my go-to home inspector.

JM Property Inspections was very professional in my initial dealings with them. I was particularly appreciative of them squeezing our inspection in at the last minute. John and Brian were prompt and professional on-scene at the house. I received their report back in about 48 hours (very quickly). Report is quite thorough and provided great insight into the property I was buying.

JM property inspections was great! I called a few places, and I needed an inspection done within a week of my phone call. JM was the only place that could take me that quickly, and my call was answered immediately and responses were all quick after the initial call. Brian was exceedingly helpful in informing us about issues he uncovered during his inspection. He performed a thorough inspection and then spent a considerable amount of time with us explaining all of those issues that we needed to be aware of. He is very knowledgeable about overall home construction, maintenance and repair, and offered practical suggestions and recommendations. He answered all of our questions and his explanations were clear and concise. He was very generous with his time. We highly recommend using him for any home inspection needed.
