John, of JMR Inspections, was very thorough when he inspected the condo that we intend to purchase. He explained his observations as he conducted the inspection in a way that was clear and easy to understand. His report, delivered within 24 hours, was complete and he included photos for our reference. Working with JMR Inspections was a pleasure from start to finish.

He is incredibly thorough– he doesn’t miss a thing– and he explains home systems and structures in a way that my buyers understand. His reports are detailed and clear, and he includes photos of issues, as well as points of interest, such as the home’s water shut-off valve. His reports are an asset to homeowners for years to come, and, of course, to my buyer’s negotiations!
John and an associate (Chris Helmen) did a very thorough inspection of all aspects of the house and its various systems, explaining what they were finding as they proceeded. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. Their final report was extensive and very helpful, identifying those items that should be tended to quickly, as well as suggested but not critical improvements. Working with them was very enjoyable and instructive. We would definitely recommend again. (They also arranged with a separate company–for separate payment– for a wood destroying insect inspection that took place at the same time.)
